Othoniel's site-specific in Paris...

06/01/22 - Blue River is a light blue glass installation which acts as a passage between a "world" and another. It looks like a river with all its symbolisms and all the poetry which with many cultures and religions associate it: a rebirth, a journey, a venue in where initiations take place and more. This river is made of glass, not water, and it covers the entrance of the Petit Palais in Paris. Inside, the Palace houses Jean-Michel Othoniel's solo exhibition, entitled Le Théorème de NarcisseThe site-specific installation of the entrance is also his.
