04/07/16 - At the Paseo de las Artes, located at the Palacio Duhau, Eric Franco (Buenos Aires, 1978) displays his colourful works on steel. His sculptures seem weightless and they lift as a feather. Franco has a gift, a true skill to mould the virgin sheet of steel, magically transforming it.

La belleza de la simpleza, by Eric Franco (2016)

Most of his abstract pieces are supported on columns. But in some of them, the columns become the canvas in which he blends his three-dimension art, as winged fragments of steel.

Diálogos I, Parte II, by Eric Franco (2016)

With his simple-shaped creations, Franco calls to our perception, so that we can find in them our own stories. A bird, a window, a bit of the universe, everything becomes real in this summary of geometric shapes.

Grafito III, by Eric Franco (2016)

His impeccable skill, plus the touches of colour, makes us wonder what these sculptures are truly made of.
