08/09/24 - Vittorio Bonapace (1986) and Alberto María Colombo (@albertomariacolombo) are two of the artists who complete the exhibition Dal Cuore Alle Mani, by fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in Milan. They both work with A.I. and they were summoned by the couturiers to define the entrance to the exhibition at the Palazzo Reale. The works presented by Bonapace and Colombo, very avant-garde, do not interfere with the traditional techniques and objectives that characterize the Italian designers

Origine, by Alberto María Colombo (2024)
A.I. video, Palazzo Reale

This video, generated through artificial intelligence, was commissioned to Colombo by the designers. There we see two people who, while they dance, their bodies take on different images until they almost reach abstraction. The dancers move and not only their bodies are deformed but they showcase, like tattoos, the motifs that are so common in D&G collections.

Deux Ex Machina, by Vittorio Bonapace.

Bonapace presents a digitally created photo that represents a memento mori, a frequent theme in art that reminds us that we will all die and that we will reach the end in the same way (being a skeleton), regardless of the wealth we have accumulated, the religion we have embraced or the culture to which we belong
